I had two trips to Kalkite in October. The first with the Harding families for 6 nights where I caught 20 trout on fly up to 3.5 lb and I caught fish every day. I came home for 5 days and then went down again with Steve Chatterton and Andrew Wheeler. We stayed at Steve place for 3 nights and I landed 10 trout up to 3 lb, Andrew got 3 fish and Steve got a duck! I think I have just had my last invite from Steve!!

The highlight of the second trip was catching a 3 lb brown polaroiding on a very clear day. We saw about 20 trout but they were very spooky.
